Most renters of apartments, office and retail space will benefit as well by receiving a 25% to 50% monthly rent reduction relief, to be negotiated between individual owners and renters, if their landlord elects to participate, as most will, in the One-Year Mortgage Holiday Plan. If their landlord does not elect to participate in the One-Year Mortgage Holiday Plan, then, in any event, those renters will receive from the Federal Government at least a guaranteed minimum 38% monthly rebate of their base rent during the Mortgage Holiday time period. This would give renters a huge economic boost as well.
With this plan everyone wins, nobody gets left out. This plan is for the elderly, middle aged, newly married couples, small, medium and large business owners, and especially the Americans who are really feeling the financial pain from personal and business debt, massive layoffs, and the depressed economy and the stock markets that have both fallen off a cliff!
